Coral gilia; Aliciella subnuda

Found this in Sidestep Canyon near Big Water, Utah, on April 16, 2026. It appears to grow sparingly in Colorado in the Four Corners region. Really beautiful bloom. And Katie Larson observes that one flower has 6 petals. It appears that five petals is normal, so this adds interest to this specimen.
