Lapland gentian (aka Sami gentian); Gentiana tenella

There are very small. I have also seen them below the lake above Climax Corner at the source of the Arkansas River.

This one was in Pacific Creek, at 12400 feet, quite a bit higher than the group at 11800 in Humbug
